Your first year in ASEAN: 144 senior buyers, 46 opportunities, $11.5M of pipeline (projected).
Anthropic opens in Singapore in October. You host the sessions. We fill them with the CTOs, CIOs and Heads of AI at banks, insurers, telcos, tech companies, healthcare groups and government agencies across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam.
We build the named list, run the outreach, book the 1-on-1s and track every meeting in your CRM each week. $10K a month.
You've said trust is the blocker in Southeast Asia. We put you in front of the buyers, in person, before any sales conversation starts. The same motion booked 30 meetings with AI founders and CTOs for ByteDance in 3 months, 5 to POC.

The fundamentals
The program at a glance
What you get
Target list. Named CTOs, CIOs and Heads of AI/Engineering at large enterprises across Singapore and ASEAN, by industry.
The access. Senior, in-person sessions co-led by Anthropic and NO BS, built around scaling AI from pilot to production, safely.
Meetings. Qualified 1-on-1s, tracked by name and stage in your CRM.
Reporting. A live dashboard of all activity, plus weekly progress meetings.
Why it works
Warm start. We've run this exact motion for an AI platform before: 30 meetings with AI founders and CTOs for ByteDance's BytePlus, 5 to POC.
The model. Give before you take: senior access peers can't reach on their own.
Validated. Proven with senior enterprise and technology leaders across the region, see the proof.
Conversion. 70% of participants to 1-on-1s; 40% of those to CRM opportunities.
Scale. ~5,400 senior buyers across Singapore and ASEAN, our five industries combined.
Why it's low risk
Cost. $10K per month for twelve months.
Payback. The nine projected new logos are worth ~$2.3M in signed ACV, ~19× the $120k first-year fee, before expansion.
Phased. Singapore first, where the office opens, expandable across ASEAN once proven.
Transparent. Every name, stage and week visible, nothing in a black box.
Anthropic has the model everyone wants. Reaching every senior buyer across six markets takes more hours than a new office has.
Enterprise AI platform decisions get made by a small, senior, technical population: the CTO, CIO or Head of AI who owns the build-vs-buy call, then defends it internally. That population does not respond to another inbound funnel or a cold InMail about "transformative AI."
A new regional office is hiring and launching across six markets at once. Sustained senior outreach in each market is the first thing a launch year runs short of.
Why are these rooms hard to reach?
Every AI vendor wants the same meeting
The same CTOs and CIOs get pitched OpenAI, Google, Microsoft and a dozen AI startups every week. Another product demo does not land; a real conversation with a peer on trust, safety and production AI does.
Regulated buyers move on trust, not features
Financial services and government, where Claude demand is already especially strong, don't buy on a feature sheet. They buy once they trust the vendor's judgment on security, governance and how the model actually behaves in production.
A launch year has six markets to cover
Building senior relationships across Singapore and ASEAN, week after week, takes dedicated time, local networks and outbound discipline, on top of hiring and launch work.
Give before you take.
Behind every senior enterprise AI platform deal that closes in this region is a high-level peer-to-peer relationship. You can't build that relationship by making asks, you need to offer something of value first.
Spearfish in a small elite pond, not hit-and-hope
Decision making in APAC is top heavy. A dozen of the right people in an intimate setting beats a thousand badge scans.
Reach out like a peer
A real message from a real peer, about something they care about. Not InMail, not AI-slop emails, definitely not cold calls.
Ride Anthropic's own momentum
The October Singapore launch, new Claude releases and partner announcements are built-in credibility. Time the room around them, and the invite carries Anthropic's own momentum, not a cold ask.
Offer something they want, not something you want to give
A real conversation on real issues with real peers. Not whitepapers, webinars or demos.
Share your point of view
Project credibility through your point of view, told through stories, experience and insight. No slide decks.
Earn the 1-on-1, never demand it
You've built credibility, authority and goodwill before your ask. The follow-up is more organic and more to-the-point because they already know and respect your point of view.
This isn't theoretical. We convene the exact senior rooms, then convert them.
Our playbook is seat-agnostic: convene the senior people you need to reach into a room they actually want to be in, then convert. Here is that motion working across clients, industries and geographies, including with AI founders and CTOs on a technical product. It is the same motion we would run for Anthropic with CTOs, CIOs and Heads of AI.
Proof point
ByteDance: outbound to AI founders and CTOs
Who we did it for: ByteDance's BytePlus AI product. A direct, peer-to-peer outbound motion, no event, straight into the calendars of founders, CEOs and CTOs at AI and technology companies.
The ICP in the room: technical senior buyers, the same seat Anthropic sells to. 30 meetings in 3 months, 5 progressing to POC.
Why it maps to Anthropic: same motion, same seat. Peer-to-peer outreach to founders and CTOs on an AI platform, converted to real pipeline. It is the identical play we would run to open Anthropic's pipeline with CTOs, CIOs and Heads of AI across Singapore and ASEAN.

Your buyers: five industries, senior tech and AI leaders, across Singapore and ASEAN.
The five industries are verticals Anthropic already sells into, per its own customer stories: financial services and insurance, software, government, telecom, and healthcare and life sciences. Financial services and government are where regional demand is already especially strong.

Methodology. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, September 2026. Each cell counts people who currently hold one of the listed titles, in that industry, based in that country, so it counts the seat, not anyone whose profile mentions AI. Industries are LinkedIn's: Banking, Insurance and Financial Services; Software Development and Technology, Information and Internet (201+ employee companies, to exclude micro-startups); Government Administration; Telecommunications; Hospitals and Health Care and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing. Title lists differ slightly by row, as shown. Every cell is an exact count, under LinkedIn's display cap. These are indicative, profile-weighted counts, not a census. Brunei, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar are not included. Industries follow the verticals on Anthropic's own customer stories page. Named, de-duplicated target lists per industry are built on kickoff.
Sequence. We open Singapore first (1,511 buyers, where the office launches in October), then Indonesia and Malaysia, then the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. Every market is worked senior-first, industry by industry, account by account.
Where we'd start, and how fast.
The ICP puts a real number on it: roughly 5,400 senior buyers across five industries, in Singapore and five more ASEAN markets. Here is the sequence.
How we'd phase it across 12 months
Phase 1 (0-3 months): Singapore, where the office opens in October and the launch gives us a real hook for outreach.
Phase 2 (3-6 months): Kick off Indonesia (1,418 buyers, the largest pool after Singapore) and Malaysia (706, the closest market for in-person rooms), each worked as its own track.
Phase 3 (6-12 months): Kick off the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam, then deepen every market as results land, starting with financial services and government.
Within each phase, the motion:
- Find the right peopleBuild the named target list from the ICP: the exact CTOs, CIOs and Heads of AI/Engineering worth a room, by buyer group.
- Reach out like a peerReal messages from real people to the few who matter, not a sequence tool running on its own.
- Convene the roomSmall, senior, co-hosted sessions on scaling AI from pilot to production, safely, the kind of room they actually want to be in.
- Earn the 1-on-1Every room converts into named 1-on-1s, and we sit in every meeting that matters.
- Live trackingDashboards on activity, conversion and deal progression in your CRM, so you always see the pipeline.
- Weekly updates with usA standing weekly check-in where we walk the numbers together and agree the next moves.
What the program is worth, in your terms.
NO BS takes full accountability for the top of this funnel. The defaults below reflect what we typically see, but move the sliders to your own numbers to get a real view of what this NO BS x Anthropic collaboration could produce.
Default sliders reflect our working estimate over 12 months: 18 rooms × 8 senior buyers is about 144 reached, 80% to a real 1-on-1 (115), 40% of those to a sales opportunity (46), about a 20% win rate on close (9). At a $250,000 average ACV that is $11.5M in pipeline and $2.3M of signed annual contract value, roughly 19× the $120k in first-year fees, before any account expansion. Move the sliders to your own numbers.

More on NO BS ↗
NO BS is a sales execution firm that helps enterprises build pipeline and close deals across APAC.
We don't advise from the sidelines or theorise about markets, we work in them: running outbound, winning meetings, hosting sales conversations, building pipeline, closing deals and learning directly from buyers.

What we'd need from you.
We can get into a lot more detail from here, but four questions first.
- Do the projected outcomes align with your targets?
- What questions do you have on our approach?
- How big a priority is this for you?
- What budget can you allocate to achieve these outcomes?
